Crafting Personas and Prototypes for B2B Service Design

It touched who you are designing your B2B service for, how user-types are interrelated and what role emotional and social jobs play in the B2B context. Building on that, this article presents a framework for crafting Company Personas and People Personas and putting them together in a Persona Network. Moreover, I will look at different prototyping techniques best suited for your People Personas.
