It’s become a quintessential, catchall phrase for planning the structure of the content your users see and the actions they take while navigating through your product. Good IA is foundational to the execution of thoughtful design. By logically organizing and clearly defining site hierarchies, content, labeling, and flow, designers shape how users discover, interpret, and experience information. However, I’ve
